- Battle Community Singers collects data for the purposes of keeping members informed about the choir and its activities via email and social media.

Where we get personal information from
- Directly from you
We keep your data only as long as you are a member of Battle Community Singers. If you tell us you are leaving we will delete your data. If you have not attended three or more rehearsals, we will attempt to contact you to ask if you want to continue to be a member. If we cannot contact you we will delete you data.
Others we share personal information with
- Publicly on our website, social media or other marketing and information media
