Please email us to confirm when you’d like to come, we can let you know if we are meeting that week. Our community choir is for all, there is no audition and no need to read music, you will
pick up hints and tips along the way!

We meet weekly, on a Wednesday (school term time) from 7pm – 9pm at the Emmanuel Centre Harrier Lane, Battle, TN33 OFL. There are plenty of car parking spaces and toilets on
both levels. There is also a lift to access the first floor where we practice.

Subs are £7.00 per session, payable in advance each half term. This covers the hire of the hall, our exuberant music director Ailsa Vinson, our talented pianist John Pembery and any music material fees that might apply.

We begin each session with a vocal warm-up followed by a good singing session with a
10-minute comfort break. As a newcomer you will have copies of music to follow whilst in choir. The music is sent out via email (apart from music booklets issued in choir), as we aim to be paperless with
members printing their own music or using an electronic copy on their mobile device at choir.
